The adage "Anyone can cook" was introduced in the film "Ratatouille," and as a young child, I found it difficult to comprehend. Few individuals consider cooking to be a passion; some have the talent and the skills to make it a vocation; nevertheless, for me, food is more about discovering amazing flavors via experimentation since I enjoy eating than cooking. I don't cook because I love it, because I'm talented, or because I'm skillful enough, I cook Because everybody can cook. Taste is extremely important to me, and coming from a culture where people cook for others, have unique tastes that can't be appreciated in the real world to the same degree that I do, and making sure that everyone has food on the table and comfortably eat really pushed me to try in Hotel and restaurant Management. and make the most of my observations. I grew up watching my parents cook, so anything I cook now is a reflection of their upbringing. I first started cooking when I was 7 years old in my school as a part of the curriculum, and I was incredibly proud of what I made—chocolate balls but the intense flavors really got me. The idea of comfort food and taste motivates me which is why I tend to improvise my homecooked food Although the foods on this page are not particularly innovative but the flavors make a big difference. I hope to use this portfolio to find opportunities to test out cooking classes and jobs and develop my professional food handling skills.
